How’s that New Years Resolution going? Hopefully it’s going as great as you thought it would! I really wanted to be consistent with working out in 2016 and so far so good. I have an upcoming trip that requires a wardrobe of swimsuits and shorts (yikes),  which gives a little extra push to step away from the potato chips and jump on the treadmill.

Just because you’re going to workout doesn’t mean you can’t show your personal style. When dressing for the gym I feel its important to be comfortable but look good. Luckily there’s tons of different stylish workout clothes available at all price ranges. From Forever21 to Nordstrom you can find trendy, comfortable and fun athletic wear. I’m addicted to printed athletic pants, the brighter the better! I’m showing one of my top picks from Trina Turk. I always balance out the bright with a solid neutral color to bring it down a notch. An athletic jacket is a must have. It’s lightweight and matches all my crazy printed pants. Add your favorite sneakers,  plug in your ear buds (my fav are BaubleBar from target) and have your workout play list ready to go to keep you energized and pumped. My favorite app for fitness is Fitness pal. You can log not just your workout  but you can keep track of your food and calorie count. Definitely easy to use from your phone.

What’s your go to athletic outfit?

I wish you the best of luck on your resolutions and your workouts!

  1. Hi Tesha 🙂
This is so weird, but I was trying to like this post, but for some reason I can’t log in because I must have forgotten my password. The problem with that is when I try to reset my password, it says my email address isn’t registered. When I try to register again, it tells me I am already registered??? Any advice?
    Hope you are doing great!
